Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. By using Syncura, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Syncura ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered personal health profile that lets you store and share your medical information across borders. These Terms govern your access to syncura.health and any related services (the "Service").
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
4. Medical disclaimer
Syncura is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all health information you upload. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncura's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
